This Agreement or Terms and Conditions is constructed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any litigation related to the commercial relationship existing between ayoobcassim.com and the client is submitted to the sole competence of the Mauritian jurisdictions.

In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or in case you experience any problems with your product or service, this must be brought to the attention of the Manager immediately so that action can be taken to remedy the problem. Some problems may not be resolved on the spot, or you may wish to escalate the issue; in this case, you may write to us at info@ayoobcassim.com and we shall aim to resolve the matter within 48 hours.

1.4 Online order

All online orders are subject to availability. We advise you to order as early as possible to avoid waiting for your order. Any disability, limitation, food allergy, or any other request which requires special attention should be reported at the time of order. 

Once you have placed an online order, you will receive a confirmation email; it is, therefore, imperative that you provide us with a valid email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing the order, you should contact us at info@ayoobcassim.com

Our order confirmation e-mail is proof of a valid purchase and will contain relevant information about the order and particulars of the products or services concerned. Please read and check carefully all the information contained in your order confirmation e-mail to ensure that it conforms to your order placed. If there are any changes to the details, we request that you inform us immediately by email, phone or by contacting our Customer Service department.

Please refer to the product description for the price of each specific product. All prices are listed in MUR at the applicable rate at the time of your order. Products once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise defined by the vendor.

The photos, illustrations and other promotional material used for the description of the product/package are for the purpose of exemplifying products of the same type of package. We cannot guarantee that all photos advertised and used on our website illustrate the exact meals, offerings, and packages offered by AyoobCassim. The only purpose of these photos is to give the customers a better idea of the product/package. It is important to note that the scheduled times for the products/packages may change without notice. When an order is placed, it will be delivered to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that delivery address is compliant with the delivery restrictions contained on this website.  All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a delivery contract.  As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.  You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

1.10 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.  This website and ayoobcassim.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing ayoobcassim.com with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.

1.11 Exchange and Refund Policy 

We offer a no-refund policy on all merchandise, however, in the event that there is a no show from the vendor, we will refund the end client if claims are made within 48 hours.

Merchandise delivered & opened may not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.

We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.
